A Journalist than i admire



Hi everyone, i hope all is well with back to class, today i will talk about an expert on my field than i admire, i chose Juan Cristobal Guarello (born March 15, 1969 in Santiago), is a Chilean sport journalist, he is son of Fernando Guarello and Maria Toro Serrano he is lawyer and defended victims of human rights during militar dictatorship, for this Juan Cristobal get used with this fight, he writed a book titled "Aldo Marin: Carne de cañon", the book is a chronicle about the history of a young men that detonated bombs ind different places of Europe in 70`s.
Juan Cristobal studied journalism at the Universidad Diego Portales. He did a diploma in film in the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. He has worked in Chilean sports Channel 2, Rock & Pop, Chilevision, TVN, El Mercurio among other publications in other newspaper. He has also worked for T & C Sports. He is currently the director of the publication El Gráfico Chile . I chose him because mix different thing than i love, investigation, sport and historical memory, as well as Guarello writed more than five books about football and all his histories.

My name is Diego Rojas, I was born in San Antonio City in 1995. I lived in this city for 6 years, after we moved to Puerto Varas for one year and then to Puerto Montt until  i finished my elementary school, only in my elementary school i went to 3 differents school, Liceo Nacional from Llolleo, Rosita Novaro from Puerto Varas and Federico Ozanam from Puerto montt. In 2009 we had economic problems and my parents decided to go back. In San Antonio i studied in Retiro School for a year and after i changed to Jose Miguel Carrera Institute, and there finished my High Shool. I have a sister and brother, she is 19 years old and he is 4 years old. I like play soccer and listen to Hip hop music.

My favorite subject

Hi everyone Today i will talk about my favorite subject in university that it´s Reporteo Avanzado. Here is were we learn how to investigate and get the information to write it in the best way. The teacher is Carolina Trejo, a TV journalist who is a very good teacher, she used to work in Informe Especial and her clases are very interesting, she have shown us chronics and intervews writen by different latinoamericans journalists, like Gabriel Garcia Marquez or Martin Caparros, this writers show realities and events that not everyone knows and i think that it's important for the history of "3th world" countries, like dictatorship, poberty and childhood prostitution. In class we have made some reports,  interviewed  and the worst are the actuality quizzes, but without this the class it's very nice, and i have learned so much. Hello Everyone When i was a child i wanted to be lots of things, i wanted to be a lawyer, writer, dentist, marine and even a superhero, seriously. About other careers, i wanted to study law, in fact i studied law before arriving here but i didn`t like it at all, i decided Journalism because is more interesting and  more wide, we can work in TV, newspaper, magazine, radio etc. I feel really nice in this career and this University, the people are very cool, funny and respectful, i have a lot of friends, i even have a girlfriend. In the future, or when i graduate, i would like to work in radio, i like the music and would love to work in this because is not necesary use gentleman clothes.
